Panorama Partner: Africa in Motion

We are delighted to be an official partner of Africa in Motion (AiM) film festival. Founded in 2006, and now in its 17th year, the 2022 edition to be held 11-20 November will showcase a vibrant programme of over 40 films from Africa and the Black diaspora, including 13 premieres (1 World; 9 UK; 3 Scottish). The festival will open with Amil Shivji’s TUG OF WAR and close with Omar El-Zohairy’s FEATHERS. Since inception, the main aim of the festival has been to introduce UK audiences to the brilliance of African cinema and to overcome the underrepresentation and marginalisation of African film in British film-going culture.
